- 1 / 5By Heather McKinneyWorst experience ever. As we passed through town we ordered a pizza thin crust cheese with hot sauce. Order was delivered to hotel. Missed the hot sauce. Called they said they would send another. I saved the pizza to show we weren't trying to scan for a free pizza. After an hour no delivery. Called back and was told they forgot manager was starting it now. They deliveeed the second pizza with so much hot sauce that it was inedible. Called and complained. Was told I couldn't get my money back but he could send me a gift card to my home address. That was now 2 weeks ago. Nothing. I waited to write this to see if they rectified their mistakes and waste of my money but obviously they do not take customer service serious. I will write a review on all sites and contact the higher ups to let them know this is their horrible practice.December 05, 2016
