  I work close by and like to get breakfast here. About 80% of the time I come they are closed even though they are suppose to be open. Hours say they are open at 6, well its almost 6:30 am and the door are still locked and drive thru is not open. I can see people inside though.

  Went through the drive-thru this morning for what I thought would be a quick stop for a breakfast sandwich. I placed my order, paid at the window and was asked to pull up. I waited for 15 minutes. Went inside and was told my order was not ready as they had been unloading a delivery truck. My order was rushed through. My hashbrowns were not done. I was given a half hearted apology and sent on my way. Very poor customer service.
